  • 8 small taco shells
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy and chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, bell peppers, and onions, and sauté until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and sautéed vegetables.
