- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon sprinkles (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour in the strawberry mixture.
- Cover with the second pie crust, crimp the edges, and cut slits on top.

- Let cool before glazing.
