  • 1 pound hash brown potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil and add the hash brown potatoes. Cook until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the hash browns, mixing well.
  5. Layer the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese on top of the hash browns.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
