Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions and bell peppers. Saute until softened.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Take portions of the mixture and roll them in low-carb wraps.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
