- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions and bell peppers. Saute until softened.
