  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and then stir in almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add oats, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
