- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken ham, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- Add the diced chicken ham to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, chicken broth, and taco seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer and then add the cream.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
Notes
- For a spicier soup, add jalapeños.
