  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
