1/2 cup raisins or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, grated carrots, whole wheat flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
If desired, stir in raisins or walnuts for added texture.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
