  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the chicken in the slow cooker and add the baby potatoes on top.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Add the butter and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
