Delicious and healthy crispy baked ground turkey tacos served with a creamy avocado sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 package corn taco shells
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in spices and mix well.
  4. Fill taco shells with turkey mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until shells are crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and sour cream until smooth.
  7. Serve tacos with avocado sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the turkey mixture.
  • Feel free to use ground chicken or beef if preferred.
