- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a prepared pan.
