Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour batter over crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Cool and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
