  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and caramel sauce.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.
