  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with blueberries evenly over the cheesecake.
  7. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
