  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then cut into bowls or slices and serve.

Notes
