Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool, then drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
