4 large eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
2 slices chicken ham
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
In the same pan, sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until soft.
Add the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham to the pan.
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and cook until the edges start to set.
Sprinkle cheese on top and fold the omelette in half. Cook until fully set.
Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped green chilies.
